Catch your breath
Over the course of eight weeks, participants are invited to take a break from the demands of caregiving in order to recentre themselves, reconnect with their personal resources, and regain a healthier sense of balance. The sessions support the acquisition of practical tools and the development of skills that promote energy preservation, a better understanding of emotions, and the maintenance of personal balance.

Community
With us, you are never alone.
Being a member of GASO is much more than accessing resources and workshops: it means joining a community where you can feel understood and supported. You will discover a space to connect, share smiles, explore emotions, and forge deep bonds with other caregivers.
Our Community Engagement Committee, composed of dedicated members, organizes activities that break isolation, encourage dialogue, and offer valuable moments of respite. Together, we value your unique journey and create a nurturing environment where everyone can thrive.
You give so much. Here, it's your turn to receive.
