Bringing people together

Support groups allow caregivers to share their situations and experiences with other participants who understand them. In this sharing space, respect, confidentiality, and non-judgment are emphasized. The meetings are open, by registration, and facilitated by one of our counsellors. We are committed to making our support as accessible as possible, so we offer a variety of locations, time slots, and meeting formats.

Apaisement

“Thanks to my participation in the monthly GASO support groups, I learned to express my emotions without feeling guilty and to live more serenely with my caregiving situation. Without the group, I wouldn't have made it through those years of caregiving.”
