Catch your breath

Over the course of eight weeks, participants are invited to take a break from the demands of caregiving in order to recentre themselves, reconnect with their personal resources, and regain a healthier sense of balance. The sessions support the acquisition of practical tools and the development of skills that promote energy preservation, a better understanding of emotions, and the maintenance of personal balance.
