Relaxation workshops (hybrid)

These workshops provide caregivers with a much-needed relaxing break. Often, life's demands prevent individuals from taking time for themselves, and that's precisely what this workshop aims to remedy. Participants will have the chance to try out various techniques to manage their stress and promote relaxation. Techniques include meditation, breathing exercises, visualization, gentle movement, and light stretching. While the workshop is primarily conducted in French, it can also be adapted for English-speaking participants who wish to join.
