Monthly workshops

Our group services offer a wide range of activities designed to enhance the quality of life for our members, prevent burnout, and provide opportunities for education and self-care. Below, you'll discover the main activities available, along with various support groups tailored to meet your needs.

Support Group

We offer 2 virtual groups (French) and 3 face-to-face groups (including one in English).


We offer one conference per month (hybrid) on a theme related to caregiving.

Wellness and music

Workshops offered 2 times a month (virtual) with Annabelle Brault, music therapist

Art therapy Group

Three times a year, we offer a 7-session art therapy group, with Samantha Dobbin, art therapist.

Relaxation Workshop

Relaxation workshops are not currently offered. Recruitment in progress.
