Music and Wellness workshops

Give yourself a delightful break of relaxation where music becomes a tool for communication and creativity, helping you navigate the complexities of caregiving. In these workshops, we explore music as a nurturing resource to enhance resilience and well-being. You'll get the chance to listen to and share music, create and dissect song lyrics, and engage in relaxation activities. Additionally, you'll explore other artistic forms like drawing or free-writing, inspired by music. No prior musical experience is needed to enjoy these sessions.
